The very name ’Zanzibar’ resounds with exoticism and  mystery and no one is ever disappointed by its proverbial   paradise of white sand beaches and swaying palms. The narrow,    winding streets of ancient Stone Town will transport you to the dawning of travelers’ fascination for East Africa, when the first Persian spice traders moored their ships and realized they never wanted to leave. Most tours begins with a stay in Stone Town as this is where the international airport is located. Stone Town has a variety of accommodation ranging from budget bed and breakfast inns to extremely luxurious hotels.

All   accommodation featured in our packages have been tried and tested by ourselves, and we have a policy of "if we have not seen it, we will not put our guests in it". This means that all the accommodation       featured on this website has been tried and tested by ourselves.

The most popular resorts are located on the East Coast of  Zanzibar, mainly in Kiwengwa and some very good accommodation is found on the northern tip in Nungwi. Nungwi is possibly the most "happening" place of Zanzibar with international backpackers frequenting this area due to it's cheap diving and budget accommodation.

DAY 1: arrival Zanzibar

Arrival and transfer to Tembo Hotel /Asmini Palace/Chavda Hotel in Stone Town for a free relaxing afternoon.  overnight at hotel.

DAY 2: Zanzibar; After breakfast depart for Stone Town tour. This is a three hour guided sightseeing and visit to popular Zanzibar Stone Town and historical sites.. Return to hotel for  overnight.

DAY 3: Zanzibar; This is a full day out on tour, which starts at 08h00 after    breakfast. You will be driven on the Dolphin Safari Tour on the southern-most part of the island at Kizimkazi. Lunch at Kizidi Beach. After lunch you proceed on the visit of Jozani Forest, well known for its population of the rare Red Colobus       monkeys. Return to hotel for  overnight. 

DAY 4:  Zanzibar; After breakfast you check out from town hotel and transfer to Beach Hotel  Ocean Paradise /Bluebay Beach Resort on half board basis.

DAY 5: Zanzibar; Free stay at hotel. Relax.
